Default E.P. Douglas or J.A. Henckels

Hey guys I've come across a collection of SRs that I haven't been able to find out any information on. I wish I'd have taken pictures but my phone was dead, I'll get some if I can get back over there.
The problem is the boxes that come with them are white with gold lettering Henckels, but the blades have E.P. Douglas etched on them. The blades are coated blue with gold lettering. I originally thought that Douglas was the importer that sold them here in the U.S. but I'm not sure.
Any help with this is very much appreciated

Boxes get switched up pretty often, especially at antique stores. I saw one yesterday that had a Hartford Conn box, but a Joseph Rodgers blade inside. However, many razor companies have private labelled razors. Say an etching on the blade, but have other markings on the tang. Pictures of both sides concentrating on the tang, tail, blade and scales will be helpful in dating and discerning the razors place of manufacture.
