Taming the Butcher
Smokin' Joe Chandler just returned two W&B's to me which just blew my mind. I sent him one which was thrashed and needed regrinding. The other was passable but needed regrinding as well.
When they came back, they were like new razors. This morning's shave with the one which was originally the worst was tremendous.
The one that was thrashed lost some thickness and width due to how much had to be removed. It ended up as a 4/8 (or there abouts) and may be the one which solves my neck difficulty shaving problem.
Way to Go Joe. I can't recommend his services enough.

Yep -- I agree. Joe's work is top-notch, and he can really bring out the best in a less (much much less) than pristine blade.
