Is there documentation on cutting and pressing cow horn? Or other horn? I am very curious about the process.

Great looking razor, nice work! Cool that you cut and pressed the horn yourself, that's neat.

Nice job. What did you use for the wedge?

No, i couldnt find much about doing it... I just tried what i thought was right. Horn becomes like rubbery plastic when heated, so i boiled the pieces i cut from the sides(!) of the horn That are in a very rough shape of the scales for a good half a day, always topping up with boiling water from the kettle, then quickly clamped the s*** out of it between the work bench and a flat thick piece of hardwood. and left it for a week to cool and loose all the moisture it took on. After that, it sould be able to be sanded more or less perfectly flat.
