    Default Totally wrecked my carbo 65



    I killed my razor by accidentally chipping it on the side of my hone.. Literally, a shorty straight now... What a lesson in carelessness... Is this razor still usable as a shorty?

    I don't see why not.
    Maybe round out the area, so its not jagged.

    That makes me want to cry...

    But yes if you smooth out that heel, it is still a good shaver.

    As long as there are no more cracks it should be a good candidate for a shorty. Take care and avoid flexing the blade while reshaping the heel. That right angle in the broken section is a good place to develop a crack if care is not taken. Good luck with her!
