Default Where to find a micro punch and die set?

    Good Day All!

I am trying to find a quality self centering micro punch and die set for making razor washers. From smaller washers with inner diameter of .064 and outer diameter of .125 up to and outer diameter of .188.

I'm having no luck finding a set that is this small, and was hoping someone here may be able to point me in the right direction for where I might be able to find a set that will work for my razor making needs.

Thanks so much for any help!

Did you look at Micro-Mark? They have a micro punch set amongst other offerings.

Have you looked at Microfastners? They sell flat washers .64 id .125 od in brass and stainless. For about 4 bucks a hundred.

Here is also a good resource for razor stuff, the first thread in the Workshop forum, the Workshop Forum is also packed full of good information.

I just made a few washers because we have a die set at work. It is time consuming but works well. Still waiting to find time to pin my razor to see how they look but should be ok. Have fun
