Ulrik is absolutely awesome manufacturer. Seems I have a good chance to get a shaving "softness" similar to old Sheffields in the Koraat due to a special tempering the blade to a lower hardness and increased bevel angle, both are to reduce a harm to a skin. Ulrik's approach looks very promising. Have placed the order and keep my fingers crossed.
