    I'm rather excited to get mine too. Think I may make some faux ivory out of some linen Micarta for scales. Toss a Trustone wedge in there.

    Sounds very BRW-like, I dig it! I havent decided, but I am thinking it will be some horn, should go well with it. I have some interesting green translucent pieces, or that pair of streaked brown buffalo horn I was baking straight (I'm sure you remember those, from a while ago). Another option I am considering is snakewood I've had laying around since forever.. it's stabilized, so rock-hard. I get a headache only thinking about thinning those 1/4" blanks [emoji31]
