Thanked: 28Looking for information on a razor
I have a F.X. Ouellette razor marked Fall River Mass. I have done a search and haven't found much info. Anyone know anything about them? I think it might be wearing horn scales?
Honed it up tonight and will shave with it tomorrow.

Thanked: 4249Very nice razor, here some info for you, Local 331 is organization of Barbers Fall River Mass, some entries around the turn of the century. Furthermore this razor was made in Germany for Francois X. Ouellette of Fall River Mass, Francois was a hairdresser his name come up on a juror list from 1912 and a few other as well around the turn of the century.
Looks to be in very good condition and im sure it will turn out to be a fine shaver, the scales are celluloid not horn.Last edited by Martin103; 01-25-2017 at 03:00 AM.
