I had one of those. Shaved very well. I would however recommend a symmetrical kamisori razor.

What did you have in mind as far as symmetrical kami? I've seen some from livi and harner but all have been 400 and up I would be interested in something with a western grind for a decent price anything else out there other than hart at a budget price? What impute do you guys have between traditional and western grind?

You might try "Korn" razors out of New York area. There are some fixed handle models that shave very well. They look like a Kamisori. Some have removable shields to make them 'safer.' Vintage and great steel.

If you promise to make a video of yourself shaving your head, and let me use that video in some of my marketing, along with paying for shipping - I will make you a left handed kamisori and give it to you, free. Here are a couple of pics of one of my past pieces to give you an idea of what it would look like....
How it sits on the stand...

So I am unfamiliar with these, but I am intrigued. I was not aware there was a left handed or a right handed blade with these razors.
Peace!
