    Default Massachusetts Manufactured Straight Razors

In March 2007 I embarked to serve as a missionary for my church in Boston, MA.

I entered the mission field with three other missionaries and as a memento of our service together and of our friendship, I would like to restore and send each of them a straight razor manufactured in Massachusetts.

I've bid on a few on eBay but I'm having trouble finding any in my price range and I hope expanding my search terms will help.

Can anyone point me to razor manufacturers that were based in MA?

So far I have the Worcester razor co, Torrey, and Crown cos.

    Any others I should consider?

I thought about getting modern manufactured ones and getting them engraved but I think it would be more economical and meaningful to stick with genuine straights.

The only other one I can think of is HM Christenson.

I don't know any, but sounds like a great way to commemorate your time with other missionaries in Massachusetts. I did a church mission in France, so I bought a Thiers Issard as my first straight razor.

Very cool! I work with a few people that also served in France and speak fondly of the people and culture of that nation.
