    Welcome aboard! As always with any information request, pictures of both sides of the razor, in good light, with close-ups of all markings would help enormously.

    I think I found a reference: Goedecke & Co. GmbH. Solingen-Merscheid: ...'Discos' (1904)...

    Although it may says Discos, I wouldn't advise you to do the Hustle with that near any body part your attached to!
