I have had this razor for long enough that I have no idea when or where I got it.
I have not seen this mark before. Any ideas?

I have found out who made the razor with the pointing finger. It is a vintage brand called hand razors and they were made in Shanghai China in the 30's. There is not much out there on them. All I can say is it shaves and the grind is nice and even. It only has a handful of shaves on it so I cannot say how long it will hold that edge for.

It just might be of good quality because there was a section of Shanghai at that time called the International Settlement/The Bund where foreigners lived and worked. That included Brits and Germans so it could be that someone set up a razor making business there. You never know.

It is a tough one to take pictures of. It is a hand folded up with the pointer finger extended. It has 104 need the blade and almost on the tail it has a small 20.
