Some good pics of the razor and stamp marks on the tang would help.

I think, sometimes German’s craftsman had factory in Germany but offices in USA. 1937 it was nazi time in Germany and some craftsman moved bissnes to USA. First step offices and secend letter factory. Sometimes it was taxes staff. Finally on the razors tang is SOLINGEN Made in Germany.
    Or my secend thing
1937 German nazi murdered some craftsman, grabed their factory and made goverment, public or statement facory.

    What do you think?

Ps. I” m so sorry about my english.

Could be a grinder who's business was bombed out, or taken over by the Nazis for war production, and never got back into business again.

I don't know if this is the grinders list Mike referred to but you might find the trade name Fox and Goose in it. I tried to find it but my eyes were going cross eyed because of the way it is laid out.

    Razor makers

I did find the makers of 2 I have but did not know who made them before.

Don't worry about your English. If you think that is bad you should see my Polish.

I suppose FOX GOOSE is not a really Trade Mark but it is like Wolf Sheep by Thiers Issard. They looks familiar.

I think it does not matter if you call it a trade mark or a brand name it had to be registered to keep others from using the same name.
