What is the difference between a wedge and hollow ground razors as far as shave quality or is it just a preference, and also is wedge harder to hone? Because I've seen quite a few nice wedges for good prices lately, just never used or honed one.

Thanked: 480Im the total opposite of Jimmy. I love honing the small "modern" wedge razors. One of my favorite shavers is a 9/16 Adoration Ax. Hones up fast and easy, and shaves so smooth, and is so easy to move around the face
