Thanked: 0Difference between Boker Classic, King Cutter, and Elite?
I am looking into getting a new production Boker straight razor but am having a hard time telling what the differences are between the Boker Classic, King Cutter and Elite. Does anyone know? I know that the Elite is 6/8 and the Classic and King Cutter are 5/8, according to Maggard's site. But what about the Classic and King Cutter, Maggard says they are both 5/8" Round Point, full hollow.
Any help is appreciated!

Not sure, but I think it more depends on what interests you.
Round point/ square point.
Shouldered/ Shoulder less.
4,5, or 6/8.
Decorative spine.
Etching/ gold wash.
Scales.
Ect.
All I can say is, modern or vintage have given me great shaves. Pick what your willing to pay for, and enjoy.
You won't go wrong.Mike

Check out www. Bokerusa.com
There you can pull up the specs on each razor.
From what I seen, the classic is Stainless, the cutter is carbon steel. That and blade etching.Mike

Have you made your decision yet? What did you go for? All three? The Elite in horn scales is going to be my next present to myself. Beautiful!
