Thanked: 0What is the Most Ornate razor you own?
Im curious to see the beautiful and ornate Straights that other enthusiasts own. I love sterling, m.o.p, Ivory, Tortoise...
I have been collecting for 14 years and absolutely love what you fellow enthusiasts and shavers do. Im a Barber by Trade and Inventor/ Business Owner/ Antique Enthusiast.
Cant wait to see what you have.

Thanked: 5Mine is also the only straight I own this far. It is my first, and it has been sent out for a good cleaning and honing. So this picture doesn't do it justice. I will try and post another when it returns.

I'm not sure if this is ornate, but it is a pretty cool set of scrimshaw bone scales. It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!

Probably this Thiers-Issard Oakwing 7/8 (268/400) limited edition. Lovely spinework. I also have this Livi 6/8 new grind with abalone scales that looks pretty striking.

I don't generally play favorites, but this pair of brass-scaled (formerly silver-plated) W&B Celebrated razors always makes me smile!

I guess this pair could be considered ornate ?
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
