    Hey Keith! Glad to see you here as well! Here is a couple shot I took of the piece HuckelB received that I took before I sent it out. (And by the way, thanks for those video's HuckelB! Can't wait to see how the head shave goes as well!)

    And here is a couple shots of the making of the piece!

    Initial rough left handed hollow grind after forging the blade to rough shape and grinding flat, with complete profile.

    Then, after heat treat. The piece is blackened with scales from the heat it takes to get the steel to critical and quenched. I harden my blades to a 62-63 HRC.

    Then, the post heat treat grind, getting ready for final grind and polish!

    And last, a pic with her sister blades. They were all forged and worked together from the same billet of steel.

    It was a fun blade to make, and I'm really glad that you like it HuckelB! It'll be something that you get to pass down to your son, and he to his. (Hopefully they are both left handed! lol!)
