Hmmm...Falstaff and St. Louis with a German manufacturing stamp, all three of those things make sense to me but not when it comes to razors. Falstaff beer was produced in St. Louis by the Lemp family, so we have a name and city connection along with a German-American family. Any possibility at all that this could have been a razor that was a marketing give-away by Falstaff?

Seriously, the Busch family was very well known for their marketing pieces and most of the pre-prohibition brewers in St. Louis followed their lead. I've never heard of straight razors that were used in such a way but it wouldn't surprise me either and the tang stamp just makes me wonder if this could be a possibility.
