Griffon Cutlery Works? Maybe?
I don't remember if their griffon had a fence or not though.

Hmm. Very similar yes.
Earlier works...dunno.!!
Do you have a full picture of the razor. Seeing the grind and over all shape may help in determining what year (s) its from, and help narrow the search.
