Hess made some very good looking razors. I've bid on quite a few but they all got away. Glad to see that you've got one, like tuzi said we would like to see some pics of the 44.

You have one of the best razors ever made in good shape.
I have a few, big and small. I take one on the road when I go.
Best old stainless, IMO. They got it right!
They shave several times between stroppings, if needed!

Nice! I have a 44 like the square point. It was my grandfather's razor, and he was a barber. Shaves great, which is probably why he had it as a barber. Enjoy them.
