Default Genco that I can't find any information on.

Recently a co worker brought me a few straight razors his dad had kept. Most were common but one took an amazing edge. I gave that one back to him as he had said his dad had used it. It was a Genco Major and I haven't been able to find anything about it. I have a picture of the stamping but not sure how to post it to this thread. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to SRP.

Genco is a well known Amaerican made quality razor. They made several models. I'm not familiar with the specific one you mention but there will be someone along shortly who knows much more than I do. Check out the razor clubs in the razor subforum for pictures and more info.

Welcome from SE Washington State. First and foremost, please add your location as it's possible that local help is just down the street

To post pictures (from your computer) start your post then look at the top and you'll see a square with a dot in each corner. Click on that then click on the 'Basic Uploader' and follow the directions.

I hope that's of some help.
