i hope you had them send it to Lynn for honing... might as well get it perfect to start with.

actually I forgot to enter my handle. I think if I don't enter my handle the order gets cancelled. I'm not sure if I should order it again or not. I want the razor but I don't need 2.

just ordered it again and this time I got the confirmation e-mail so I'm thinking just the 1 order went through. I didn't get the sharpening service because I'm trying to hone my honing skills

but I can guarantee that lynn's honing job would be about 5000% better than mine

just send them an email with your order number and your handle they are quite accomodating.

even though the second order got the confirmation number i would still send them an email just to make sure everything is correct.

As for the Lynn honing, it is worth it especially on a new razor... when i buy new i like the first honing done by an expert, even though i am competent with honing and will hone it all the subsequent times... and lots of ebay stuff.
a Lynn edge is just nicer than what i'm doing.

As Jim says it's probably an idea to email them or you might end up with 2 razors!!

should I call them on monday? or would an e-mail be better? also, when I call is it possible to upgrade to get the sharpening service after the order has already been completed?

I sorted it out with classicshaving and it looks like we are good to go. I should soon be the proud owner of a straightrazorplace limited edition razor. If I keep this up, I will actually have some kind of rotation going

thank you everybody for putting up with all of my frickin questions. It will not be forgotten
