Nice find. I'd go ahead and rescale the one with mismatched scales. I've seen a lot of those faux tortoise scales go off and cell rot the blade.

not 100% because nt in my hand but its not ivorym its the standard ivorine that was on tons of razors that vintage. my guess is the set came that way, and like Chris said most of the faux tortoise from back then was celliod,, watch for the gassing Tc
