You are lucky to be able to pin down the decade in which a vintage razor was made with the exact year being pretty much impossible.
If you look here STRAZORS.com - all about classic razors - Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG, Solingen. you might be able to get a general idea of when they were made by comparing the style of the twins stamping.
