    Yes, it is a Fredrick Reynolds. The dating is after aproximately1891
    Good blades and relatively easy to hone to a good edge if not badly corroded.

    Isn't it The Columbian Expo. on the scales? I this case it's 1893.

    There's no mention of England so it could be pre 1891. Nice razor it should clean up well

    In the beginning only products made for the US market were marked by "England" after 1891. If this one was manufactured for ANZ or UK, it's not indicative at all. But we do know at least it was made after 1862
