Thread: eveready question

I got one of these with a bunch of project razors on ebay and, I am wondering what type of blade's it uses? I tried standard Gillette De' and they don't fit.

It takes a standard single-edge razor blade. Just like the ones used in box cutters.

I have a razor just like the one in your photo, and also the Micromatic model. I rather like them; they're closer to the feel of a straight than a DE razor. Keep the plate on the top of the razor's head right against the skin when you use it.

If you do buy blades for it though, get the ones your drugstore sells with the shaving stuff. The blades in the hardware store are for boxcutters and not sharp enough for comfortable shaving.
