    Default Unique Wade and Butcher

I've had this razor for over ten years and something made me start doing some research and wow was I surprised by the prices some of these W & B razors fetch. I think I might have something really special because I have yet to see a handle design like this one and the razor blade is in good shape. Any thoughts on value ?

No evaluations here, but a picture would be necessary.
Wade and Butcher made millions of razors so they are not uncommon.
Seldom-seen examples in fine condition seem pricey and worn rough ones can be next to worthless.

Its all about condition and value placed on it by the buyer. Check Ebay, sold auctions to get an idea of what similar razors have sold for.

Keep in mind the market is constantly changing, up and down. Don’t know what production numbers of Wade Butcher was, but at the turn of the 19th century, Geneva Cutlery, alone advertised producing 6,000 razors per week.

    Post a Picture.
