    Default rust

What do you guys use to remove slight rust from a blade? Dremmel with a wire brush? with a felt pad and polishing compound? Just a rag and polishing compound? 10 grit sandpaper?

I pulled a razor out of my cabinet that I have not used in about two weeks and there is a slight amount of rust on the blade/spine, and I want to get this problem nipped in the bud real quick.

    thanks.

If it's really light I just use MAAS and a soft terry cloth.

As long as its just surface rust and very light typical metal polish is all you need. If its a little thicker use a cape cod cloth which has more abrasive in it. As long as there is no pitting or corrosion its no big deal.
