Default Faroh or farom cast steel. Info?

Any body got any info or the correct name. Im guessing late 1700 to early 1800 on the date. Cant find any info on it. A pick of one with original or time correct scales would be nice. Im assuming these are not. Thanks

I have the answer to our question.

The 'FAROH' mark was registered in 1776 by Francis Dewsnap, who had been trained by his father William in Sheffield
