Real or novelty/ would you shave with this?
So I think the title says it all. To me it looks like a novelty SR. The description says "stainless" but then it says a lot of other nonsense which doesn't pertain to the razor either. interesting blade shape though. It's got that whole tonight we're going to party like it's 1799 thing going

I'm always *extremely* leery of any blade with that shape. IMHO they are virtually all RSOs trying to look like Sweeny Todd razors. Happy to be proven wrong though...
Shame, as that sure would brighten up the morning!
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Thanked: 1081Cheap tat, nothing more. I do like the Sweeney Todd styles though.

I wouldn't shave a donkey's ass with that thing but it is interesting to look at. Might be worth $10 to put in the showcase...but then I'd have to get a showcase.

That's why they invented 10 foot poles.
I wouldn't touch the thing...

Wonder how many wives buy these things for their men as they hear he wants a straight razor?

Thanked: 634First. Don't believe everything you read in an ad. That is NOT a razor! I would shave with a broken piece of glass before I put that to my face.
But that's just my opinion.

Might be an interesting letter opener. I'd never shave with it, even if it was a gift from my wife (I'm pretty sure she knows better than that).
