Two Interesting Razors

I have an interesting little razor. Interesting because

A. It's so damn cute

B. The scales could be the nicest i've seen.
C. I can not figure out the name/origin.
D. Kind of has a dip at the toe.

The second razor probably i could i.d if i tried but they came together so i'll show them together.
