No. It looks like a regular wedge/near wedge razor.
A microtome would feature asymmetrical grind - flat on one side and hollow on the other.JOB15 likes this.

It looks like a microtome to me. Or a bad grind.. The photo is not quite square on..

I've seen a few razors with a funky grind. It happens. Microtome, I'd say no. It's not even close to being a real asymmetrical grind.
It's just Sharpening, right?
