Thanked: 3228you might be able to find some info here https://www.archivingindustry.com/cu...azormakers.htm . I would not expect any exact dates of manufacture. You'll be lucky to find a time period of years in which it may have been made.

The bagpiper and Famex were brands of the Solingen company E.+F. Hörster. The company was one of the largest knife and dagger producer during WW2 in Germany.
The company was found around 1850 and existed till 1997. The brandname Famex was registered in 1927. Hard to give an exact date of the razor though. I have one example with slightly different scales in my collection that I would date past WW2.
