Thanked: 7I wonder if, after the purchase of the brand by Joseph Allen, the Joseph Smith brand could be used? Or was the razor manufactured no later than 1887?

3415 was the company trade mark. In 1878 the trade mark 3415 and Joseph Smith & Sons Celebrated Razors was acquired by Joseph Allen.

I have the same razor, same markings (Joseph Smith & Sons, Celebrated Razor & 3415) in similar honey horn scales that are more rounded and is a great shaver, one of my favorites.
