Thread: How old is this razor?

There is something very satisfying about shaving with one of my late 1700s razors. Any other implement of this era is locked down in a museum behind a glass case. But, here is this 200+ year old razor still doing what it was intended to do, and doing it well. You just can't get that immediate feel for history in many other ways.

Thanked: 1So true @Walt, these things are addictive... I started off shaving with a new straight razor but quickly found myself chasing the old ones as I find them to be much nicer to shave with (it may just be phycological)...
