Default Heljestrand razors - date ?

    Good morning

these are my 2 Heljestrand razors , one is a MK7 (full hollow) , the other one is unmarked (half hollow)
as you can see the MK 7 mentions Sweden (we know Magnus Kindall started business in Paris post 1892) so does this mean the unmarked one is pre 1892 ?

Kindall sold them in France, elsewhere Heljestrand razors only had Heljestrand on the tang.

Thanks Kees and Gasman , the notched one has the same dimensions as an MK10 although not fully hollow...rather 1/2 hollow. I thought Heljestrand normally added nrs on the back of the tang ? No number here though.

What are the scales made from Bart? If they’re original scales, the material may offer some clues.

Well that doesn’t help you a lot, but worth a try.
