There is no " made in England " on it so it was probably made in the late 1800's or early 1900's ?

Maybe something to do with George Ibberson.. Unity Works, that might have been a location if memory serves
    Quality razor.

    It was made before 1891.

I purchased it for about 35 euros . Is it worth this much ? Considering the condition it is in

Maybe not, but if I paid 35€ for it I'd be happy enough.
Looks in good condition, little hone wear and full hollow. A lifetime of shaves with a Sheffield. Can't be bad

Can't help with the ID though.

I see jimps on top of the tang, but can't tell if the thumb notch is also jimped. Regardless, the time is past to enquire if it's worth the selling price -- obviously, it was... to you. So, enjoy it! Clean it, polish the scales, *leave the patina on the blade*. And post photos! Lots of photos. Show us what's doing. And SOTD photos, too. Thanks for posting.

    What is the scale material?

Hard to tell from the pics. Scale material can often tip off a quality razor, Ivory, bone, tortoise, or Ebony were used on quality razors.

Value is subjective and has been the cause of many an argument, which is why we try to avoid it.

But I too would be happy if I bought it for what you paid. As said Clean, Hone and Enjoy. Nice looking razor in good condition for its age.
