I need help to identify this razor.

Today I finished the restoration. The handle is made of buffalo horn. It doesn't seem to be original. However, it appears to be quite old. Now it looks great, after I cleaned it, despire it being cracked. I purposely left the wire with which it's attached.

The razor shaves very softly and effortlessly with it's weight alone. It removes the bristles from the face like a tank. However, it is quite uncomfortable because of the shorter tang. Maybe it's a matter of getting used to it.

I will also be greatful for any feedback and comments on the restoration.
