    Default Joseph Rodgers Unusual Frameback

    Fellow Enthusiasts,
Enclosed Please find some photos of an usual(for me) Frame back by Joseph Rodgers. I am not positive of the date of manufacture. It is an excellent shaver very smooth, and well behaved.I would appreciate any comments you may have. This was in the container that had the razor destroyed by degassing(Please see previous post)

Kindest regards, GaryName: Joseph Rodgers Frameback 93.jpg

I’ve seen at least one on eBay in the past. It’s an interesting razor - always wondered what the tang felt like in hand.

I also have one that is either the same or very similar. It is so unique that it is in my permanent collection.

OK, while oiling up my razors I came across this one. It is a true replaceable blade frame back. Those razor makers sure did like to copy each other!
This one is now in my permanent collection.
