I'd say a keeper. For me, a restore (to resell at least) has to look almost NOS. Not to dog out your razor but it does have enough hone wear to make it hard to hide with restoration. Not hide to mean to defraud but just to make it look like new...if that made any sense. It's a narrow distinction I guess.
