A number of years ago the scales on this razor had outgassed and darn near ruined the blade. I asked Joe Chandler if he wanted to take on the job. He said he would try. It is a very good result and a testament to his skill.

They do look indeed like the originals, but in much better material.
Personally, I like this type of pattern/woodgrain that isn't too busy.
