That is an unusual razor! The scales are unique.

Looks like a nice, very artistic etching too. Love to have a closer look as I lose definition when I zoom in. Very nice piece.

Thanked: 2209Ok, this is the first pic from my lightbox, no editing.
Let me know if you think this is better than the pic in the first post. Yes, I will change the background color.Randolph Tuttle, a SRP Mentor for residents of Minnesota & western Wisconsin

Very nice Randy.
It looks to me that the lighting is more even with less glare.

I like the background color and the lighting of the scales. On the last pic.
There is a bit of reflection/glare on the blade.
I will look through the camera, and try blocking the light with my hand or piece of paper. I move my hand/paper around until the glare goes away.
I will also try moving the light around also.
There is a lot of trail and error involved.

Much better.! Can see more details, like the blade etching, and name on the tang.

Nice. Looks like your vetting the hang of the light box quickly. This is better for sure. I gave up on the lightbox. There is a lot of time involved to getting a nice pic with perfect lighting.
Good job RandyIt's just Sharpening, right?
