Tosuke Razors came in a cardboard box with blue print on them. I used to sell them years ago. However he did make some "specials" aside from his regular run of the mill razors. I've never seen a special "in the flesh". Maybe you have one.

On the other hand that R in the print doesn't look familiar. It might not be a Tosuke maybe the handle only is.

You need a native speaker who can read it.

To my eyes, the kanji on the box matches that on the blade so I'd say it's a Tosuke.
He did use gold colored fill on the kanji of some razors also.

Can you see a weld line ? If not it could be one of the solid ones he made from Kikusui steel, a bit like Hitachi White 2.

I found a couple of others with a similar Box

What is throwing me off is the "R"

It might not be an "R". Might be kanji that looks like an "R"

edit : Actually on further googling it is 尺 = shaku like the flute Shakuhachi 尺八

Sorry can't make out the 2nd character on the razor.
