Thanked: 0Pumas
I just picked up a Puma 90, and it is an amazing razor. I think it will knock some serious razors out of my rotation.
I was honing last night and my wife asked me why this one was so good, other than saying it just shaves really nice. I dint have anything else to say.
Why are the pumas so nice?
Thanks in advance, ad

Thanked: 9They shave well for sure.
The stickers say they are forged twice. One way or another, they hone well, and feel very smooth on the face - even right off the Norton 8K (without finer hones, just stropping). Of course, finer hones don't hurt them either
IIRC, the 90 is the one with a "High Class" etch and faux tortoise scales, right?
Cheers

I find the feel of a Puma to be very nice on the face. It is definetly a fine piece of equipment.

Thanked: 4Whatever Puma does to their razors, I like it! My 73 is my goto blade at home.
