Default Any idea who made this SR?

I’ve tried to determine who made this SR on and off for quite some time and happened to stumble upon it again and figured why not ask.If I remember right, it passed the hot pin test. Name: IMG_0449.jpg

I cant read what it says on the blade or on the case but it looks like it says what it is.. Is there some reason its not showing what it is when you type in what it says it is??

Typical 'made for' German ground razor. The front tang says 'Sweeney'. A pic of that would help to see who/where the retailer was.
Scales will be celluloid. Likely the maker was long gone before WWII. Finding out is likely a lost cause.

Looking through this list may yield the brand name 'Grand'. https://www.archivingindustry.com/cu...azormakers.htm I expect it will not be known.

Interesting. Many blades were German Steel ground in Sheffield. This is the first example I've seen Sheffield steel ground in Germany.
