    Default Help needed to ID this rare CV Heljestrand

    I've come across this 7/8" razor and it has the same very similar specs as a MK33 but it is stainless steel. What is this razor? And what is the scale material? How do you expect it to perform compared to a carbon steel CVH?

    The box says a Royal Kindal, but I don't believe that the box matches the razor.

    Nice razor you got there, quite rare too. By the pinning alone I'd say they are not ivory.

    True, I also thought it's unlikely to be ivory. It's celluloid then?

    How is the performance compared to a carbon steel CVH? Anyone has any experience?

    Scales look like Celluloid to me.

    I never see a 7/8 Heltjestrand. Stainless performs every bit as well as carbon. You’ve got a nice one there.
