Welcome to SRP. I don't know specifically about the cuckoo but Griffon makes some fine razors. The Amburg or Famburg is probably Hamburg. Hamburg ground razors were also fine instrumemts. Again i don't know specifically about the 400. That's all I know. Someone else will likely come along with more information. Perhaps post some pictures. That will help.
