Thread: Anyone know about 'BEAUJEU' razors???

Gentlemen,

I got this 'Beaujeu Aine' a while ago and finally got around to honing it and shaving. Good shaver. I'd like to hear anything anyone may know about it. What I already know is that the blade is like new with zero hone wear.

I Wikied 'Beaujeu' and several locations in France came up. The only definition I could find for 'Aine' was groin [Fem. noun] in English. . . interesting.

Yes, the pic's lousy, but the sunburst, gearwheel, whatever is forged with fine detail. It and the above mentioned name are the only markings. I don't imagine its dollar value is very high, but it would be nice to know where and by whom it was made.

Any pertinent info appreciated.
