Is the rasoio rasiermesser the same manufacturer that makes Wacker?

It seems rasio and rasiermesser are 2 terms for razor or shaving instrument.
Wacker is a manufacturer in their own right as in Wacker Razor or Rasiermesser.

Rasoio is Italian for razor.
Rasiermesser is German for razor, Don't know why they would together on one razor.BobH likes this.

Possibly a German made razor exported to the Italian market.
