    Those are beautiful even if it's shameless partial self-promotion. But Joe deserves all the credit for making these look really good. This is a good test for this mix of steels as well. I"m looking forward to hearing about performance.

    Very tough to hone, but they're very hard, too. (60-62 Rc). At least for me, they just wiped the hair off.
